The following is a list of the most important things that you need to know about the new system:<\/strong> General Terms and Conditions (English)<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Section 1 Scope of application<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

These General Terms and Conditions (AGB) apply to all services provided by Thorsten Lange Schleiftechnik \u2013 STEIZL, Luhden, Lower Saxony (hereinafter \u201eContractor\u201c) to entrepreneurs within the meaning of \u00a7 14 BGB (hereinafter \u201eContractor\u201c). Any terms and conditions of the contractor are not accepted unless the Contractor explicitly agrees in writing to their validity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Section 2 Subject of performance<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The contractor provides services in the areas of maintenance, repair and service of grinding machines as well as the delivery of wear parts and spare parts. The exact scope of services is specified in the respective offer or order confirmation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00a7 3 Offers and conclusion of the contract<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The contractor\u2019s offers are non-binding and non-binding. A contract will only come into effect upon the contractor\u2019s written confirmation of the order or upon the commencement of the provision of services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00a7 4 Prices and payment<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The prices mentioned in the offer apply plus the statutory value-added tax. Price changes during the offer phase will be applied accordingly. Invoices are payable within 14 days of the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed. In case of late payment, interest at the statutory rate will be charged.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00a7 5 Delivery and provision of services<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Delivery dates and execution periods are, unless explicitly designated as binding, non-binding guidelines. The contractor is not liable for delays caused by force majeure, supply bottlenecks, or other circumstances that the contractor cannot be held responsible for.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00a7 6 Warranty<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

For defects in the rendered services or delivered parts, the statutory warranty period of 12 months begins upon acceptance or delivery. Defects must be reported in writing immediately upon discovery. The contractor is entitled to provide, at its discretion, subsequent rectification or replacement delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Section 7 Limitation of Liability<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The contractor is fully liable for intent and gross negligence, as well as for culpable injury to life, body, and health. Furthermore, liability is limited to the typically foreseeable damage. Any further liability is excluded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Section 8: Reservation of ownership<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The delivered goods remain the property of the contractor until full payment is received. The client is not entitled to pledge or assign the goods as security.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Section 9 Data protection<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with our privacy policy and the applicable data protection regulations (DSGVO). For more information, please see \u201eLegal notice and data protection\u201c.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00a7 10 Place of jurisdiction and applicable law<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

German law applies exclusively, excluding the UN Sales Convention. The place of performance and exclusive jurisdiction for all disputes arising from the contractual relationship shall be the place of business of the client, the place of business of the contractor in Lower Saxony.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00a7 11 Salvatorische Klausel<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Should any provisions of these terms and conditions be invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
